All sales are final.

Because our products are food items, orders are non-returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please check which machine you own before you order. Our tea pods are compatible with Nespresso OriginalLine machines and K-Cup brewers, and they are not compatible with Nespresso VertuoLine or other systems. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds because a product does not fit a customer's machine, or because of taste preference.

If you have a question about an order, write to us through our contact page within 14 days of your purchase and we will review it. After 14 days we are unable to consider any requests.
